If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Sounds like your consultation didn't turn out great. Some of the things she told you could be true but really was not presented to you correctly. Too many protein treatments may make your hair stiff and brittle. Protein treatments can be a good thing if the hair is fragile and needs one occasionally. We recommend the Japanese shampoos such as Crede and Nigelle after your TR, the do have lower sulfates but also contain sugar esthers that keep the hair smoother and in better condition. If your hilited hair is too overprocessed TR should not be done, otherwise done properly with the proper protection you should not expect breakage. My advice is to have a consultation with another TR salon to get a different viewpoint. If the stylist is sufficiently trained she should be able to deal with your hi-lites, and if she feels they are too processed she should refuse to do the thermal until the hair is in better condition. A stylist should never tell a client to expect breakage with a TR, so I would run screaming to another salon. LOL.
