If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Actually there is very little tension on the hair with this particular product. I have the product and use it almost daily when I have to work as right now I can't afford chemicals to straighten.

It is almost like a comb through. It really doesn't grip the hair very much and isn't like the brush where you're pulling on it with the heat.

the dryer does get hot so when I feel it is too hot and I'm almost done I just press the button and comb through.

there is about the same tension in this product as brushing your hair.. maybe less.

Also, I've tried irons (I have both the HAI and Sedu - HAI is useless but Sedu is a little better) after blowdrying but 200 doesn't do a thing to straighten (I may as well use cold) and it takes forever even with a hot iron and it is so much more damaging because it sits on the hair longer whereas with the Conair it's more of a quick brush through.. you don't leave it sitting there and pull it through... it's almost like brushing your hair straight.

I'd like to do another bkt but right now it's not financially feasible for me.
