If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Sorry to hear about you unsatisfaction. There could be several factors regarding your color outcome. My first thought is under which type of lights does your colorist work under and which type do you see your self most under. If your colorist is not adjusting the formula to the light you spend most of your time under you may not see the color you want. Second, if you have alot of minerals or iron in your water supply you may want to invest in a shower filter. Minerals will oxidize in your hair and reflect the shades you mentioned. Third, I have seen where the salt from persperation altered artificial hair color if I didn't shampoo the client before color application. And final since you mentioned that your colorist was board certified I can't imagine this person not being aware of the two types of melanin and which one is harder to cancel out red or orange (gold) tones. Their color product choice may not be delivering the appropriate amount of warmth control. If you are just depositing color there are other choices such as deposit only types and techniques too. Hope this helped shed some light.
