If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Subject: Digital Perm Re-do
Date: September 22, 2007 at 5:58 pm PST

I posted a week ago after I got a digital perm. My hair was very long (past mid back) and straight. The day after I got the perm my hair was back to normal. It was as if I never even got one. I went back today to get it redone, and they evaluated the turn out of the digiperm. She said that my hair probably wouldn't take that type of perm b/c it's too weak. Instead, I got what they called an Ozone Perm. Basically they rolled my hair, put a solution on it, and put a hair cap on me that was hooked up to a tube that blew in steam or something.

So, end result - my perm is much tighter. It's a lot more noticeable. I think my expectations of a perm were slightly skewed. I was expecting curler-rolled hair instantly. What I have is more like a wave... but does dry nicely w/o much effort (some serum and bedhead cream). She said if I use sponge rollers I'll have the curls I want for a few days b/c my hair is more willing to accept a curl now.

Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience, incase anyone was in a similar situation.

Thanks to everyone for the advice. :)
