If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Subject: BKT Certified Salon charged me $600

"BKT?"CERTIFIED" salon charged me $600, total actual time from start to
finish, 2 HOURS)!) plus charge for products. No trim (not haircut expected,
a trim was always done with TR, and all I wanted was for the ends to be
trimmed straight across the back. BKT $600, and NO TRIM. No trim, leaving
all even across the back. I live nowhere near any BKT salon in the listings,
so I placed a message on this board looking for a salon near me, BKT place
still a 4 hour driving distance R/T. I need to color my hair, so I am no
longer a good candidate for TR. (Jay Sung did my Tr, he is great!) since it
is a 4 hour round trip for me, I called and described my hair in great
detail to find out what it will cost. I was told $200-400 is the range.
There is no TR in my hair, I grew it all out. It is a few inches below my
shoulders. I colored it at home 2 weeks ago. When I get there, the BKT "pro"
who examines my hair accuses me of having "hi-lites" LOL. I color my medium
brown hair at home with whatever Rite Aid has on sale with a coupon. The
"hi-lites" is just new growth. Everything I was told on the phone was
different when I got there.I would no longer get "perfect" wash & go
results, etc. If this was a place near me,I would have walked out, except
they precharged my credit card $150 in case I was late or a no show because
it was "blocking out the valuable time of the stylist." The place was empty!
Jay Sung, who actually spent 5 hours, with protein treatment, a pre-TR trim
& a post tr haircut, charged $400. Total. And no credit card
pre-billing!This BKT salon charges are shocking! $300 per hour, plus tips
and products. I never see anyone on the Board who had paid this much! Plus
not wash & go as promised on the phone. Sorry for the long message. I do
have 2 questions. Can you help? I will need to color again soon. Is there
anything simple and easy you can buy at the drugstore to provide gray
coverage w/o ruining the BKT? And Finally, I live in Northern Baltimore
County, Maryland, anyone doing BKT nearer me, say N.J, Philadelphia, Del?
Thanks so much, Marcie "
