If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Subject: Highlights with TR'd hair

I currently have damaged TR hair. My past 2 TR's were a disaster (and I've had 10 total with the first 8 being perfect - I started going to a different stylist because the old one is too far away). 2 TR's ago was overprocessed, caused a lot of breakage and dry, frizzy hair. My last TR which was 2 months ago with a different stylist was underprocessed (even after the stylist re-processed it 2 weeks later) and my hair is still very wavy all over.
Needless to say, I feel like an idiot for going to incompetent stylists. I should have known better. I went for a consultation the other day with someone who seems to know what she is doing. She will not TR my hair again until all the damage is grown out (yeah - finally someone who is not just hungry for my money and actually wants to do the right thing). She wants to give my hair a shorter cut and deep conditioning treatments.
I want to get some color put in my hair. It's currently dark brown with no color or highlights. I want to get some lighter highlights, but I also eventually want to TR my hair again. The stylist uses Wella color and I was wondering if that will be okay on my hair once it's ready to be TR'd again.
