If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

For all stylist and clients who have been concerned about the formaldehyde in the BKT, I have the answer.
I have done a great deal of research and made many many phone calls. I checked out air purifiers and air filters. I checked out exhaust systems and every type of fan.
I finally decided on a Fume Extractor. Once I made the decision that the fume extractor was the way to go, I did a ton of research on which unit would benefit me in the salon environment. I needed it to suck in the fumes and then filter it back into fresh air. It needed to be small and easily moved from station to station and it needed to be easily stored when not in use. It needed to look good too.
Formaldehyde needs to be filtered through a carbon filter. This unit has carbon filtering.
I tested it all week and video taped my results. I will be posting a video on You tube, and will post the link.
The unit is placed on the floor next to the client chair. A tube comes up from the unit and is placed next to the clients head. I turn it on and it pulls all the fumes directly into the tube. Fumes gone! Nothing to blow out the door or window. No concerns for other clients or stylists in the salon.
I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to have this unit. It makes everything much better and solves the constant controversy about the formaldehyde in the BKT.
If anyone would like more information about the unit, or if you would like to purchase one, Contact
