If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Years ago I went to a guy who went from Chi and exclusively used Matrix Optismooth. He was an expert, trained for them and went all over the country. He said with my fine hair the hot process would be too stick straight so he used the cold one on it. Followed all the steps and combed it straight even and I sat still forever etc.. and he felt I'd notice a big difference.
anyhoo, waited the 48 to 72 hours (can't remember now how long) and it was like nothing was ever in my hair. Stunk horribly for 2 weeks but no difference. Still curly/wavy and frizzy. It did not work on my hair AT ALL.
I did get a hot process 1.5 years later with another stylist that exclusively used OptiSmooth but that just fried the ends and still unable to completely break the bonds. Not a fan of OptiSmooth. She has since switched to iStraight which I love (and had 3 times before Optismooth but didn't want to go downtown and pay $600 for it at the time I got the Optismooth) but have not tried the cold or hot TR lately since I've gotten a BKT.
