If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Your plan sounds right to me.
I would Biolustre to stop the breakage and prepare the hair for coloring. Then I would have the color fixed by someone who really knows what they are doing.
If you want to travel, Jan and I can take care of all of this for you.
She is a board certified colorist and will know exactly how to fix the mess.
Then we can immediately follow up with a BKT.
You should contact the owner of the salon where you had your hair done. If they are not willing to help with the problem, contact the Better Business Bureau and the State Board of Cosmetology in your area.
I really don't know what your hair was like when you went into the salon. I am assuming from your post that it was in good condition yet previously colored. It does sound like that stylist does not know color.
Every day we see clients that have had things done to their hair, or have done things to their own hair, that make it almost impossible for us to get the perfect results they seek. The only thing we can do is to work with the client over some time to correct the hair condition problems and restore beauty to the hair.
I just did a TR on a client who neglected to tell me all of the coloring she had done (herself) to her hair. Shortly after applying the chemicals to her hair, it was obvious to me that she did not inform me of the time she painted on bleach highlights. The hair was covered with a demi color when she came in. Needless to say, I had to immediately rinse the chemicals from her hair and even though the hair was not destroyed or fried, it was not as good as it could have been if she told me about that color experiment of hers. This does not happen often, but it happens too often.
Every client should go to their stylist, colorist, chemical expert, with a complete history of all services done to the hair that is on their head.
I wasn't implying in any way that this happened with you. I am just venting. It is very frustrating for me when this happens. Thanks for listening.
