If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Sounds like she needs to redo your hair. I am a guy and had a tr done by a salon in NY. My biggest mistake was not going to Les Correa; who knows my hair. Anyway, after I left the salon I noticed that one side felt smooth and the other side felt a little fried. A week later she contacted me because of some posts I had made on this website. She gave me a deep treatment because she claimed it was all I needed. She was wrong. It gave my hair a little more condition but this did not last. If your hair is underprocessed it is the salon's responsibility to redo the tr and get it right. These things do happen so I'd recommend that you call the salon and tell them you'd like to have your tr redone to correct the underprocessing. Make sure the same person does the redo. This is very important especially if you have a relationship with them. They have already worked on your hair and should know how to correct it. If this person is not there then find out who the most experienced stylist in the salon is. Also, make sure you are nice to the salon when you call back and ask to have the tr redone. Also make sure, upfront, that there will be no charge for this. You shouldn't have to pay a dime since you already provided compensation for a service that wasn't performed to your liking.
