LamasBeauty.com | Back to Discussion Board
If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

I don't think you understood what I said.
I did not say the products were better because they were on our shelves, I said that you cannot trust the products to be authentic if they are purchased anywhere other than a salon.
We purchase our products from distributors that contract with the manufacturers. These are all professional companies.
When you do purchase a professional product somewhere other than a salon, the price is almost the same as in the salon, that is why I tell my clients to buy it from us and support their salon, the salon where they do business. We use the money made to remodel the salon, buy good coffee, snacks, toilet paper etc etc etc.
Yes, the products are marked up. This is just standard business. EVERY product in the country is marked up somewhere along the line. If you pay a dollar for a box of kleenex, do you think that kleenex charged your grocery store $1 for that box. No, I am sure it was marked up substantially. This is just plain old business.
There is nothing wrong in this world with someone making money. My clients know that a bottle of Redken does not sit on my shelf for 10 years because they are there frequently and know what goes on in the salon. They see the shelves, they see how busy the salon is. They take my recommendations as to which products to use. They trust me. We have a great relationship. That is why some of my clients have been coming to me for more than 25 years!
I do not usually get upset and frustrated to the point that your foolish post has made me. You have no knowledge of my business or business in general.
Why do you think that you should receive everything at cost? Why do you think it is wrong for people to make money?
What do you do for a living? How do you pay your bills?
