You really can't post alarmist things about an American product without legal basis or else here in the USA, freedom of speech or not, it is called "libel".
If you don't know for a fact a formulation is lethal, or the % of what is used in the American product, you should not be claiming to.
Please contact the BKT people at braziliankeratin.com and ask for their msds sheets or their documentation of testing done on their product to be compliant legally.
If they cannot or refuse to provide this to you, contact the FDA directly.
Just posting these messages on the board without contacting the manufacturer or the FDA to make a formal complaint can result in legal problems for you here in the USA.
Make sure you carefully verify your info and your source of the products you are disparaging and maligning.
With no scientific or factual basis it can be construed as libel and the people whose product you're drawing consumers away from can seek legal recourse.
Again, I'm always open to opinions with basis in fact. However, things in products that kill people in Brazil are totally unrelated to the products in the USA.
If in fact you can prove the products in the USA are dangerous and lethal, your first course of action is the FDA, the states attorney in FL where BKT is headquartered, the Governor's office, and then go to the board with the MSDS sheets and all testing documentation on that particular product.
We look forward to reading your research and the results of your investigation.
I encourage anyone else who is seriously concerned about the product to do the same. I never think it is good practice to disparage a product without getting documentation first only about that particular product. If the company is unwilling to provide it to you, contact the authorities to get it for you and the consumer.
In America there are PLENTY of consumer groups out there to contact.
