If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Subject: Had TR and hair still wavy - need advice!
Date: July 24, 2007 at 8:01 am PST
I had my 9th TR a few weeks ago with a new stylist. I have resistant hair but the first 8 TR's came out perfect - straight, easy to manage, and everything I expected. The first TR was Liscio and every one since then has been IStraight. The only difference this time was the stylist. I went to a reputable salon and the stylist answered all my questions right. She had the experience and training and from what she said, she knew what she was doing. This time I still had a lot of curl in my hair. I went back 2 weeks later and she re-processed it, but it's still very wavy and doesn't look sleek and straight at all unless I flat iron it (which is very hard for me to do in the back of my own hair, plus time-consuming). I don't think I should re-process it AGAIN. What do you think?
Should I ask for a refund? I paid $750 (including a $100 tip) and did not get the results that I should have.
Experts, I would love to hear what you think and if you have any advice about what, if anything, I can do to get my hair straight now.
