I'm a little concerned about what I have read on this board regarding salt. From what I understand, it makes the treatment lose its effectiveness much faster.
I work out vigorously about six days a week and I guess the sweat leaves some salty residue. I know I won't be able to shampoo everyday. Should I just leave my hair dirty (gross, I know) or should I rinse daily to get the salt out of my hair.
What would be better to preserve the treatment?
Would it be a waste for me to get the treatment done?
