If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Per Mr.Lamas I am sending this question to the EXPERT in this field:
First let me just say I am 30 years old and have never
colored/permed/highlighted my hair before. I decided to
splurge and get my hair straightened. I had a friend of a
friend recommend this particular salon. I went in and met
with the owner and asked her, "Will this straighten my
hair?" "yes", "Will I have to flat iron this?" "no- just for
fly aways", "It can air dry and it WILL be straight" "yes". I
spent $575 for the chi hair straightening a week ago. Within
one day I had sections beginning to wave, within 4 days 70%
of my hair had some type of wave to it. After speaking with
the owner she said wait 2 weeks and we will have to do the
entire process AGAIN! She said she has had to do it before
but that is not how she represented the product when I first
came in. I am afraid it is going to fry my hair OR the wave
is just going to come back!! She assured me that will not
happen, it is perfectly safe to do it all over again after 2
weeks. She said there is NO way I am getting any of my $
back! I really don't want this woman touching my hair again-
She misrepresented the product and/or possibly did it
incorrectly the first time. My major problem and questions
Is it a true straightening or just a relaxer in a fancy
Is it safe to do all over again 2 weeks later?
If so, will it truly straighten my existing hair or will the
wave come back (I know the new growth will require touchups)?
The bank said for me to win a charge back dispute I must have
documentation of misrepresentation or documentation it would
damage my hair to do it again- where would I get that
Thank you for your time and any advice.
