PLEASE READ:

If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

You only need to watch for the words Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and
Sodium Laureth Sulfate. These ingredients in shampoo are small molecule surfactants, sudsing agents. There is a great deal of controversy about these ingredients since the molecule is so small and because they are synthetic surfactants. There are studies done that show that the small molecule can penetrate the scalp into the blood stream. Now, do I believe it, perhaps. I choose not to use them since there are many other higher quality shampoos that contain much better, milder, surfactants.
The above ingredients should be avoided by everyone who uses shampoo, in my opinion.

The ingredient to look for when purchasing a shampoo after a BKT is
Sodium Chloride. If a shampoo contains it, do not buy it.

I am sorry to be confusing about this. I hope I have cleared it up.

Avoid Sodium Chloride if you have a BKT.
Avoid Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium Laureth Sulfate in general.
