If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

I do think that perhaps you set your expectations to high. It does seem that you were told that it would not be perfect, and it was not. I am sorry that the results were not better for you, but be assured, it has nothing to do with the system. It makes no difference if the system used is Liscio, Yuko, Bioionic, iStraight etc etc etc. The final results are subject to many variables. So much of it depends on the condition of your hair. It is very hard to process a head of hair that has many different levels of porosity. You had old highlights, coloring and probably mechanical damage from blow dryers and irons. If you add that to the fact that each inch of hair gets older and older as it grows out, you will not have those perfect results.
I use Liscio, but I would probably not recommend changing TR stylists. What I would recommend is that you call your stylist and speak with him about this. I feel that you truly understand WHY this happened, you are just a bit disappointed.
There are things that can be done, or redone to correct these issues. Call him, see what he says. Ask what he can do to tweak the results. Ask him what you could do to prepare your hair for your touch up. Ask him how he performs a touch up. When you get these answers, set up a consultation with the Liscio stylist and ask the same questions.
You will be a bit more prepared and educated to make a decision. Just because someone uses Liscio does not mean they are more experienced or that the results will be better. When having a consultation the question should be "how often do you do TR" not how long have you done them.
Good Luck with all of this and post back, I am happy to help you.
