If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

It is time to get touch up when you feel the need to use a flat iron to straighten. It is time for a touch up when you are using any extra heat, like the blow dryer, to straighten.
I prefer my clients color 10 days to 2 weeks before a TR, if an all over color. Please do not overlap.
The heat of the iron and blow dryer causes mechanical damage. The blow dryer and brush is worse. The traditional "blow out" is very damaging on TRd hair. It uses extreme heat AND tension AND friction. That is the receipe for split ends and broken hair.
It may also be time to get a touch up when it is bothering you. Please be sure to find someone who will properly protect your previously TRd hair during the touch up process. A stylist must be much more proficient in doing a touch up than in doing the initial TR, to insure proper results.
Anyone can eventually get the hair straight but it is the experienced professional who will accomplish this while leaving the integrity of the hair.
