If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Wow! That's horrible. Are you close enough to just show up there when you know your stylist will be there? I don't mean to make a scene but just to go there and tell the receptionist you do need to see the stylist when they're free. Mention you tried calling but calls were not returned. Then one on one tell the stylist (when you're not in earshot of anyone else) that you understand they are busy but you are an unsatisfied client and it should be a priority for them to make this right. Even if they're busy (we're ALL busy) they need to return phone calls. Seriously. They should have scheduled an appointment to fix this with you already.. even if it was a few weeks out.. the appointment should have been scheduled.

I'd call one more time and tell them you do require a call back by the end of today (meaning the day you call that you know they're there) and if you don't hear from them, I'd show up there.

Again, don't make a scene or attract attention, but get that stylist alone and tell them you think it is unprofessional not to return calls and they absolutely need to schedule a date/time to fix this!

I realize that different people have different professional standards but it is common courtesy to return phone calls within 24 hours or 48, depending on whether the salon was closed at the time of the phone call.
