If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Thank you for your response Denise. The exact process she did was as follows: Washed my hair with a shampoo, towel dried, applied cream solution in small sections starting at the nape of the neck. Let it sit for about 15 minutes, checked on it, left it about 10 minutes longer, checked on it and said" Lets wash NOW!", rinsed it out forever, blew it dry about halfway, used a iron set at 400 degrees, to iron my iron in tiny sections starting at the nape of the neck. At that moment the hair became beautiful. Then she cut some of the damage out right there. Next, she applied the neutralizer, in small sections while combing it on and stretching my hair straight. When she was done with that, she told me not to move. After about 10 min. we rinsed that out forever, then she applied a conditioner and rinsed that out. When I looked in the mirror, my hair looked hard and frizzy. It was hard to comb, and when it began drying I could still see frizzy curls and the ends looked fried. Next she applied some kind of product just so could be able to move it around and then she cut some more big chunks of hair out. Next she blew dry with a round brush and at the end applied a serum because it looked crappy. Today it's looking a bit more flat and softer. Do you think there is any chance it will be in better condition after the 1st wash then what I saw in the salon? I'm freaking out. I don't even know what to do since we both already discussed the results and she blamed it all on the bad condition of my hair. What can I do? How can I help make it better when I first wash?
I bought matrix sleek look shampoo and conditioner, redken heavy cream, KMS flat out heat protection and Garnier fructis sleek serum.
Can I make my hair look decent with these? Can I use a flat iron in spite of the dryness? I have a revlon ceramic that worked well before but it doesn't tell the temperature.
Please help me because I'm depressed now. My worst fear has come true.
