Subject: Got TR today! HELP!!!Experts please
Date: April 21, 2007 at 7:42 pm PST
I finally got the TR today. It was optismooth and it took 5 1/2 hours and $400. I'm not happy at all! First of all, right after the solution was washed out my hair was like straw, really frizzy, hard, and still wavy on some areas. Is this normal? She had to cut off about 3 inches right there because the ends were totally fried. She said that my hair was too damaged from multiple applications of permanent coloring, so she couldn't leave it on any longer or it would break. After the ironing it was wonderful, but again after the neutralizer was washed off, I wanted to cry. The back was straight, the front was curly and the whole head was frizzy and hard, like straw, very dry. The tips are the worst, so she cut off some more. After that she blow dried it with a brush, it looks straight but kind of puffy, and the tips look soooooo dry, and i got little hairs sticking up from the top of my head. Please help me figure out what went wrong. Is it undeprocessed or overprocessed or is it only because my hair was too damaged to get good results? All I know is that my hair was better before than it did before she blow dried it. What should i do? should it be redone? should i ask her to fix it? How can I control this mess? Can I use a flat iron? Please help me, someone!
