If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Your final wash and blow dry at the salon should be an accurate assessment of the results you will see after your first shampoo at home.
If the stylist lightly dried your hair with only their fingers. No product, no brushes, no pulling etc.
I always lightly blow dry my clients hair to see the exact results. Since so many get their first TR on hair that has been improperly colored, poorly taken care of,and usually very over worked mechanically, I need to see exactly what they will see when they get home. Then, I tell them what they will need to do to achieve perfection. If I start 100% away from perfect, doing the TR will get those heads of hair to about 80/85%. Adding the proper products will get them to 90% lightly flat ironing will get them to 100%.
This is for those unhealthy heads. The healthy ones can get to 100% most of the time. It is very important to have a proper at home regime.
You must keep that TR'd hair as healthy as possible so when touch up time comes around, your previously TR'd hair will be the best it can be and closely match with the new growth of hair. Generally the new growth turns out better because that hair has not been abused. As long as the touch ups are being done properly, the hair should continue to get better.
I know you are just at you first shampoo, but it is never too early to start the proper care of your hair to keep it as healthy as it can be for future TR's
