If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Subject: Hair like a porcupine!

Hello, I hope that someone will help me. I've had thermal reconditioning done and it is wonderful! My hair is shinier and really healthy. My brother saw my results and went to my stylist to get it done. Now I don't know what happened to his hair, but it sticks out like a porcupine. His hair is straight, soft and silky, but it won't lay flat, no matter what we could think of. I was hoping that someone would tell us of some product or procedure to help flat his hair, where his hair won't stick out. We are hispanic with castilian-descent; that is that our hair is caucasian but curly and thick. Like 9 months ago, my brother wanted the curls out, so a friend convinced him to put the relaxer stuff that black people put on their head and it made his hair stiff-like he has way to much mousse. He just had the thermal reconditioning done at the end of March and his hair just sticks out and we can't flatten it at all. We have tried mousse, hair gels and sprays, it ends up looking like he has way too much gunk on his head. His hair is a little over two inches long and we are afraid that a cut will make it worse and he doesn't want to cut it because he's trying to let his hair grow. Please help! He looks like his wearing a bristle-brush helmet!!!!
