PLEASE READ:

If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

I had my hair done in Novemeber at a salon in Atlanta. They use Liscio as well. So far so good. For me, she had to underprocess it somewhat due to the highlights I have in my hair. They were very blond and some were overprocessed. She did tell me that I may have to put a bit of an iron on it to really get that sleek look. It really all depends on your hair type and what type of coloring, highlighting or other things you have done to your hair. People who have barely "damaged" their hair with things as I had mentioned usually have great results. As you know, it all depends on the hair.

Even though my hair can still have the slightest wave to it if dried naturally and no finishing touches, I do not care on bit. It has cut my styling time in half. When I do need to flat iron it, it is very brief and quick - just a quick run through. I only have to do that when I wash and dry my hair. The other time in between washings, it stays the same. I may put a little cold blow dry (about 30 second blast) to lift it some, but other then that, nothing. The humidity does not get to it all. The other day was the ultimate test. It had rained, was hot and still had that mugginess in the hair. NOTHING! It is expensive, and you do need to ask yourself if you don't mind possibly putting a bit of styling time in. You may not have to do anything. It all depends on how your hair takes it, and if the stylist does it correctly. My opinion is that it is worth it, but you need to decide for yourself.
