If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

I have a similar question, but not about the Conair specifically. I buy irons at a local beauty supply store, and I really like the J'ilbere de Paris 2 1/2 inch solid ceramic iron I bought there just before Christmas. But I'd like a smaller one (maybe 1 1/2 - 2 inch). When I went to look at the models available in that size, I noticed that they were mostly all tourmaline instead of ceramic. I asked the clerk about them, and she told me that tourmaline was the higher grade product (and I think there was even one "higher grade" than that - maybe titanium? not sure). Anyway, I didn't buy anything yet because I wasn't sure if tourmaline was as good for the hair as ceramic. Does it distribute heat as evenly? Is it more/less damaging to the hair than ceramic? I was told not to use metal on hair for 72 hours after TR with Optismooth, so if a touch up with the iron was needed during that 72 hour period, would tourmaline be ok to use? Or is it a metal? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
