that she only asked to order the product.
She is trained in iStraight and has all the hot irons (since she does a flat ironing as a service and also iStraight) and has an upscale salon so has everything except the product and instructions.
I think they want $1000 even if she just goes to Florida to train. They don't even know if they can get anyone around IL to train her as it is.
She knows it is a great product but she said it is an investment now. She was willing to pay $300 or $400 but now she may have to wait.
She has all her classes scheduled and they're travelling in a few months to NV and they're getting extension training etc so she has her "investment" money tied up in training already scheduled. She was going to do it if she could order the product but now she said it will probably have to wait.
I'm very disappointed.I understand BKT's wanting to train everyone who uses their product but I also understand that my hairdresser is a young woman who owns her own salon (she's in her 20s) and she takes classes every month and has her classes and investments scheduled now for the upcoming months.
She is going to try to call one more time tomorrow and talk to her but I have a bad feeling I'm getting iStraight now instead of BKT.
I understand both positions 100%. She faxed her license and talked to her and registered online and everything.
