If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you for the information, Denise. I'm pretty sure she did know that the hair wasn't processed enough after the light blow dry following the original processing. Without really knowing what it "should" look like, I thought it wasn't quite right. When it was ironed, the hair didn't look perfectly straight and there were a lot of fly-aways. Based on what people have described on this board, I was expecting it to look perfectly straight after the initial ironing. I'm not sure why she didn't choose to re-process it at that point (could she possibly have been trained differently on that point?). Everything else the stylist told me seemed to match up perfectly with the things you've said on this board, and she did handle the hair very expertly - she was extremely precise and checked the hair multiple times through the process. She's been doing this process for about 5 years and has used other TR products in the past. I'll post results when we've had the second treatment done. Thank you for taking the time to educate me on this - it helps to know what to look for and what questions to ask.
