If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Hi Lily688:

Once the Keratin treatment wears off, your hair will look blended. You will know when to do it again. Usually within 3 to 6 months. If you've had damage before the keratin treatment and your hair was repaired by the treatment then you should not have more damage unless there was excessive services to cause more damage. I have not yet heard of "more damage" after the treatment. Most TR treatments that had excessive or continuing damage actually comes from slacking in the actual service or slacking in the homecare or both. This is a keratin treatment which is actully putting protein into the hair and using a flat iron. And yes, 450 degrees temperature is recommended for use in this service. This is for the stylist to use NOT the consumer. The temperature in which the consumer should use should be determined by the stylist at consultation or service. I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with your TR. You will be able to maintain the keratin treatment because not only is it cost efficient, but the rules are very simular to the rules after the TR. Some have to flat iron and others do not. Lets do it!!! lol
