LamasBeauty.com | Back to Discussion Board
If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

It sounds like the previously TR'd hair was not protected during the touch up. It also sounds like it could have been over ironed on the ends. I am sorry to say that there really isn't anything you can do for those brittle ends except to cut them off. Sometimes you can make them look better with products, ie smoothing creams, oils, but it will not improve the condition of that hair.
You should contact the person who did your touch up and set up a time to discuss your results. At that time they will either be able to solve your problems, or they will have to agree that there is a problem.
I don't like to assume that the stylist is at fault, but it could be.. A lot depends on what you were told, by the stylist, that the results would be. If promises were made to you about the results, you need to find out why those expectations were not met.
That is why I say to set up a time to discuss the results in person, not over the phone.
On the bright side, this could be something they can solve with the proper treatments and a good trim. Goog luck and keep us posted.
