LamasBeauty.com | Back to Discussion Board
If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Before you do any coloring you should find out why your highlights turned bronzy.
What is your natural color?
There can be many reasons that the look of the highlights has changed. It could be your shampoo ingredients, your water and the minerals in it. Is it well water?
Sometimes highlights will look brassy if there is little contrast. The answer could be to add lowlights. Of course these low lights should be done with a demi color. As far as your hair being dry, what products are you using? Have you had any other chemical services done?
You should be using high quality professional products, including a good deep moisturizer. Comb your moisturizer through before rinsing.
A leave in treatment would absolutely be a benefit. Oils are purely topical, however the are also essential to the overall condition/health of the hair.
Check your styling products and tools. Are your irons clean? Do you do a blow out? Blow outs are VERY hard on hair and cause a great deal of destruction to the cuticle. Make sure to use heat protection before blow drying and ironing.
Never detangle bare hair out of the shower. Always detangle with a wide tooth comb.
If your stylist/colorist is applying your color with not only the color results in mind, but also with the consideration of what the color is doing to the structural integrity of the hair, you should not have the problems you are experiencing.
Are you following your stylist recommendations as far as at home hair care?
