If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Hi. I am a professional cosmetologist of 12 years in New York City. I have worn my hair natural for about six years, but recently decided to go back to a relaxer. Working in film and television, I have to be on set so early and relaxed hair is easier at this time in my life. I did not even know Paul Mitchell made a relaxer, but in a beauty supply, I saw it and decided to try it.
Needless to say, I love it. I used the Regular and my hair is very thick and curly. It did not get my hair "bone straight" and I was glad because getting hair that straight makes it lose its elasticity. I did, however get it straight and I love how it looks. I cut it in a 1920's pageboy style and it is great! I am going back to buy another tub as I only want to use that relaxer on my hair. I absolutely love it.
Even though it doesn't say anything about a Neutralizing Shampoo, I used one and immediately after I rinsed out the relaxer I always use French Perm Stabilizer Plus. I recommend using that after every chemical service. It restores the hair's pH back to normal and it conditions it as well.
I hope that helps and God bless!
