If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Your hair could be a bit underprocessed, but because of the bleach highlights, your stylist may not have been able to process it all the way. You say the highlights were subtle. Does that mean tiny weaved pieces? It is not easy to do a TR on highlighted hair, especially one done with bleach. I would not suggest doing a redo on the already TR'd hair.
One thing you could do is to have your colorist color you natural color, the hair in between the highlights, one level lighter. Then you would have all of the hair colored and the TR will process more evenly.
As far as the hair that is already done, do you use straightening products? Heat protection? If not, you should start. It will help with your styling and perhaps cut down on that frizz.
This situation with your hair did not happen because iStraight was used. There could have been a few reasons. There is no reason to think that the same procedure with Liscio would have been any different.
Next time, focus on the stylist, not the product. Make sure to get someone who is VERY experienced.
Sometimes when a client comes to me for a TR, I have to color their hair first. That evens out the porosity a bit more, which results in a more successful TR.
