If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Hi, Denise, I was wondering if you could give me some advice.
I have really thick, coarse hair, which is highlighted with bleach- not really drastically, since my natural haircolor is already a dark ashy blonde and the highlights are just subtle.
I got IStraight done in late September, but I'm not all that happy with the results.
When I let it airdry, it'll be slightly wavy.
As long as I blowdry it with an Ion dryer right out of the shower, I can get it to look straight, but it's kinda frizzy straight. Paddle brush etc don't really work, so I have to flatiron it daily. Just one swoop with low heat, though. Admittedly, my styling time went from 90 minutes to about 15, so it's not that bad, but I am worried about the longterm effects. And no, I can not go out without the flatironing- it looks as if I put my finger into an outlet! It looks really great flatironed, though. Shiny, soft and smooth.

I assume my hair got underprocessed?
If so, do you think it's possible to just redo it plus also the regrowth? With Lisico or do I have to stay with IStraight.
Or should I just keep flatironing.

Unfortunately, there are no TR salons around here. (I currently live in Switzerland, but take frequent business trips to the US)
