If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Subject: Question about Redken Align Ultra-straight balm
Date: December 11, 2006 at 3:33 am PST

When I went to restock on Redken Smooth Down, they had a special for the holidays that included a gift set containing the shampoo, conditioner and detangling creme along with a free bottle of the Redken Align Ultra-straight balm. My stylist recently ordered Aquage for me (which was recommended to me by Denise on this board), but it hasn't come in yet. I thought I'd try out the Ultra-straight balm and see how I like it. But my hair has been so soft and silky with the Smooth Down and Heat Glide, that I don't want to put anything on it that will make it stiff or sticky. Has anyone used this product? If so, how did you like it? What did it do for your hair? I am growing out previously relaxed hair so I can get TR, and right now, the roots are fairly manageable with ironing. But as they get longer and spring arrives with humidity, I'm going to need something stronger. I feel confident the Aquage Denise recommended will work well, but I've got these two free bottles of Align that it would be a shame to waste. Just wondered if anyone liked/disliked it. Denise, have you used it? Thanks!
