LamasBeauty.com | Back to Discussion Board
If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

You should ask her
what type of training she has done
how long she has been doing this process
how many does she do on an average each week
how many has she done
look at pictures of clients she has done
ask for references
call the references
ask if she guarantees her work
ask her what she plans on doing with your process
ask her what she will do for you if the results are not as promised
these questions should have been discussed long before an appointment is made.
I have much concern with your breakage. How often do you flat iron? Blow dry? Do you use heat protection? Do you have any color on your hair, and what type?.
I am very concerned. I cannot imagine any stylist scheduling hours of their time for this process, then backing out because the hair is not in good enough condition. Sometimes I have clients who travel quite far, so I will schedule an appointment immediately following the consultation. They are aware of the fact that they could be traveling home, without the TR. I will do this generally on my day off, so it is no big deal. I would never harm someones hair, or my reputation, by proceeding if I believe it is not in their best interest.
Also, I will do an extensive consultation on the phone first. This will generally answer almost all of my questions and concerns.
Over the past 6 years, I have learned to ask the same questions in several different ways to assure I find out the information I am looking for on the phone.
I wish you would have a consultation first, and with more than one person.
