PLEASE READ:

If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Denise, I talked with my stylist, and we're switching to the Redken Shades EQ for refreshing my color. I wondered if we should also change the permanent color we use. Currently we're using a Matrix color at 10 volume. Is there a better permanent color to use with TR'd hair? Should we use another Redken product? (My hair is completely gray and has been since I was in my late-20s.)

I'm having a retouch today (can't wait any longer - the roots are showing badly, and I've got a job interview soon...people tend to be distracted by my gray roots, and I want them focused on what I'm saying at the interview, not 'wondering' how old I really am). We're only doing the roots today, and we'll select the color of Redken Shades EQ we'll use next time for the refresh. My color hasn't faded as badly this time around - I imagine it's partly because I've not been out in the sun since summer ended and also I've been using the new products you recommended (Redken Smooth Down). It seems to be healthier (I'm even getting compliments on how shiny it is now - thank you!). I have a web page I made to show my hair in its various states, if seeing a picture would help. I'd rather send it via email than post it here, though. Thanks in advance for any recommendations you can make!
