If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

OK, so did this stylist at this posh salon have a lot of experience?
It does sound like it was underprocessed. However, fixing it is not as easy as just putting more chemicals on it. The person doing this has to really know what they are doing.
There are many things that could have been off a bit, which gave you less than perfect results. The cause could have been anywhere from the condition of your hair, to the inexperience of the stylist.
To find out exactly what went wrong I would have to ask you the history of your hair for the last 3 years.
Any and all coloring
last hair cut and how often do you get hair cuts
any other relaxers of any kind ever?
what products do you use now, and in the past, including shampoo conditioners, styling products
what products did your new tr stylist suggest you use now?
prior to your tr, what was your daily, weekly routine for styling? i.e. blow drying, ironing, etc, and what products did you use to blow dry and iron?
This will give me a start.
To me, this is like trying to reconstruct the cause of a car accident, sometimes they are fender benders, and sometimes they are fatal. Luckily, your sounds like a fender bender.
