If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Subject: Leslie, What am I dealing with here?

I just got back from southern Puerto Rico and am freaking out over my hair. In May I had an underprocessed TR. (I don't live in a place where they know ANYTHING about TR)

Anyway it is frizzy as hell and doesn't seem to be growing out for some reason. I flat iron it a few times a week and always use heat protecants. I saw where you recently said the ID may dry out finer textures of hair so I won't use that one anymore. I rotate with several HP's.

Anyway I waited from May until October and had a very mild Chi Quick Smooth on the regrowth only and that prevented that area from frizzing down there but the midshaft and ends was a total mess.

I wore a clip on pony tail every night after the beach. Thank God for that little trick.

Anyway what am I dealing with with underprocessed hair?

I am not sure whether it should be reprocessed or grown out.

I condition ALL THE TIME with the best professional products out there and they don't seem to be helping.

I am really bummed out.

Can you shed some light?
