I have fine thin hair that frizzes pretty much as soon as I get through drying, curling the ends and bangs and spraying it. It stresses me out. I pout about it all day and find myself always checking it to see how bad it looks. It looks absolutely GORGEOUS when I straighten it with a CHI iron, but since it is fine and thin I hate to do this too much for fear of breaking it. I tried to put a straightener on my own hair about 7 or 8 months ago and about 2 or 3 months after that got my hair cut and highlighted. A combination of a bad highlight and the straightener I did broke off my bangs and broke my hair in places too. It is now growing back with a lot of tears and im - I mean patience. HA HA I went to a salon here in West Monroe, Louisiana for a consult and he told me to wait until close to Christmas for a little more growth but that I would be a good candidate and that it would not break my hair. However, I am scared because of my past experiences. Does anyone know of good places near Monroe Louisiana or Shreveport Louisiana or even Jackson Mississippi to get this done safely for fine thin hair????
