If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

If a TR client has an curl outgrowth of 2 or more inches, I may decide to do a Bridge, to help them survive until the next TR.
I will also do a Bridge to help a TR client grow out their hair.
A Bridge is a chemically compatible relaxing method of reducing the curl outgrowth a bit so that the difference between the TR hair and the new hair is not so extreme. It is not a perfect process and must only be done by the experienced professional, who will take the time needed to properly apply and process the chemicals.
The drawback can be when it is time to TR again. There is now new hair, slightly relaxed hair, and TR hair. In this case, I constantly apply different strengths of cream product and "walk" it down the hair, until I reach my protected hair.
Even though this creates a bit more work for the TR touch up, I feel it is better for the hair. Especially for the TR client with unrully hair that seems to pop out of the scalp with strong, waterproof, frizzy curl. The first thing they do is heat up that flat iron and begin the process of mechanical damage.
Many clients neglect to use the proper products after getting a TR, because it is "SO EASY" now. They forget what had to be done to get the hair to look so great. No matter what we say, they slack off. You must never slack off. Take care of the hair, use the proper products. Keep the hair as nice and healthy as possible, get regular trims and give us the best possible scenario for your next touch up.
