If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

If you are not talking chemicals, then we are talking products.
You want to keep the curl, all of it, but you just want it nicer???
So, product time. You must use heavy moisturizing, humidity resistant products. Shampoo, Condition, perhaps a nice detailing cream.
These products work differently on each head of hair, and it is all about personal preference.
I WOULD suggest one product that I love that defines the curl, without adding poof. Aquage detailing cream.
You should also consider HOW your hair is cut, is it the best cut for the look you desire? Problems can occur there, and the answer is not just to have someone start hacking away with the thinning shears, talk about frizz! That is a temporary fix, very temporary. You need to find someone who can help you take care of your hair, who really knows curly hair.
There are shampoos that make the diameter of the hair smaller, like Paul Mitchell Super Skinny. I have some clients who like it, and some who don't.
Sometimes poofiness is caused by the lack of moisture that comes naturally to some curly heads. That hair is almost waterproof.
Moisture and topical oil helps that. CHI makes a pretty heavy spray shine/oil called shine infusion.
You could also use leave in conditioners.
So, to wrap it up
leave in cond
detailing cream/pomade ( no paste type )
Best of luck,
I am sure other people will suggest their favorite products.
