PLEASE READ:

If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

I had Bio Ionic done 4 days ago and I am not happy at all. At first I hated how flat and thin my hair looked. I thought that problem might be solved after washing and it has a little bit. However, that flatness has been replaced with coarse, brittle, hair. It is not all over, but the last 2 inches of the hair and one chunk at the back of my neck and the hair close to both ears. I think maybe the sylist had a hard time getting those straight and may have over used the flat iron. Every hair though around my head has flyaways sticking out. The ends are split. Bio Ionics site made it seem like your hair would be even better than before.
My stylist seemed knowledgable and had even published a mag article about it.
My hair has not been colored for 6 months and highlighted from probably a year. It was in great condition before the process.
What do you suggest I use on it to repair the coarseness and bent hairs? On the ends each hair feels like there are 100s of tiny nots in it. When I run my hands along my scalp, it fells like little crystals?

Should I just cut the ends off or try to repair? I do not want the split ends travelling upward and ruining the rest of the hair.
