If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

First, is it all of the hair, or just the new blonde highlights that are falling out/breaking off?
If it is just the highlights, they were overprocessed, which means they were not protected enough. But, then again, it is very hard to process the hair evenly when one piece is dark brown healthy hair, and right next to it is bleached hair. It can be done, but the person doing it must protect each and every highlight and during the ironing process, separate the highlighted hair from the natural hair, ironing the highlights at a lighter temperature.
So, that is much work, and a lot of people do not want ot bother with taking the time, and it does take a considerable amount of time to do a TR this way. I know I charge for the extra time this takes me.
That being said, if it is all of the hair, then we are talking poor ironing technique and or sloppy, careless application. Change that from poor technique, to dangerous. Those two issues can cause disasterous results.
If you were in my chair now, I would give you a Biolustre' treatment to strengthen the hair. But, if you give me more info, I will try to help more.
Was this done by the same person? same system?
