We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Date, December 1st- Day 1

Current Weight 148.5
Goal Weight 132
Expected- Net loss of 16 pounds

6:30am- Optimum Protein Shake, 1/2 cup Quakers Weight Control

8:30am- nutri-herb (3 capsules)

10am South Beach Diet Breakfast Burrito, Jello's no sugar
added Chocolate and vanilla pudding (Starving at the time i
ate it)

12pm Went to a meeting. Ate Mozarella sandwich (French
Bread, red peppers, mozarella)

3pm Nutri-herb (3 capsules)

3:30pm Package of Candy corn at the gas station. My sweet
tooth is raging. No will power.

6:00pm Lean Cuisine Pepperoni Pizza Lean Pocket, Baked Lays
Barbeque Potato chips, CocoaVia Chocolate bar with sugar-free
caramel dip.

7pm Starting to have some abdominal discomfort, mild cramping.

8pm Optimum protein Shake, Can of Spinach

So, there you have it. My poor nutrition intake, along with
poor water intake. When I look back on my intake, it wasn't
the worst. I could have drank way more water but didn't.
Some of my raging hunger may have been thirst.

Follow-up- This am, very slender physique. Still some
abdominal ache, feeling like I have to go to the restroom,
but can't. Hunger is at a 3 out of 10. Can't force myself to
eat my oatmeal, but did have my Protein shake. This am's
Weight- 148.5. Unchanged. Tommorrow, I will give whole
list of what I ate. Goal- I plan to drink my 8 cups of
water. Until then, Choi.
