We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

I want to share with you a diet that it works. It is very
strict but if you are desperate to slim down for Christmas
then it's a 'must'.
Here it is: 3 days water only (still) - this will also detox;
next 3 days bread - any type you like, if you like toast then
no butter, no spreads; next 3 days dairy products - yogourts -
fruit free & fat free if possible, milk, cheese anything in
the diary category that you can think of; next 3 days meet -
chicken, pork, beef,lamb whatever you like - not fried,
boiled or grilled and as skimmed as possible; next 3 days
vegetables - every vegetable is permitted apart from potatoes
and beans (you can have green beans); last 3 days fruits -
all fruits permitted part from bananas and grape;
This is it. Trust me it's not easy, especially that you are
not allowed to mix the categories. It's pretty dull, but it
does work. Now I can't really tell you how much you loose;
however the methabolism will regulate itself, burning fat
more effective. The weight stays off.
Also I found it very difficult in the first 3 days when all
you can have it's water; if you can't keep drinking water for
3 days it's alright go to the next category - be confident
and don't give up.
The food you eat is healthy and you will feel more energised,
your body will not miss any nutriments.
Most importantly the food is real, no drugs, no pills. You
can guarantee your success!
