Subject: True Ceramic Pro Flat Iron

My first True Ceramic Pro flat iron was delivered to my home
in April 21, 2005. I thought it worked great, just a couple
of weeks later I noticed the ceramic was peeling off. I
called to complain. They offered to replace my flat iron and
take off one payment. I again thought GREAT. Just a few
weeks later my new iron comes in and I use it for a few times
and the ceramic is peeling off again and noe there is a short
in the cord. So I call again, it's replaced again and now
that iron has been replaced with a new iron that won't close
and burns my hair. I have only had this one for 2 days. I
had asked for my money back after the second one but they
told me they could not give me a refund because they took off
one payment. I hate the problems but the results of my hair
when it did work was great.
