I am using the Stri Vectin orbital eye cream twice a day with good results. It doesn't get rid of the blue color but the skin is definitely lighter. I also have redness at the outer corners of my eyes from tear stains I guess. The eye cream seems to be lightening that area as well.

The other thing that seems to help for me is sunless tanning lotion. I use it every other day and also concealer with a translucent powder over top.
