What I highly recommend to help stimulate hair growth is the Chinese Herb Shampoo. This can be used daily if you wash that often but I do suggest using daily for at least 3-4 weeks in the beginning for the best results. The bottle needs to be shaken before each use because the many herbs tend to settle at the bottom.
