Hi Mary,
We use Liscio, Crystallizing and I straight in our salon. All of these products are very good and all are Japananese. I really love Crystal, it works great on color-treated hair and even on virgin hair, it leaves a very natural looking straight. It depends on the hair and what look the client wants to achieve to what product we use. All three of the products we use make the hair straight and frizz-free. I probably use Crystallizing 70% of the time. If the hair is extremely curly and thick, I will use liscio to compress the cuticle tighter.
