Hello Jamey, I have checked with the service department to find out what exactly went wrong here and have been told your latest order was delivered on 10/06...please let me know if you have not received it.
I also must apologize for my mistake in saying the Chinese Herb was ready without parabens because I thought it had been cleared but just learned it did not happen until just last week and it may take a good month to filter out previous batches. In regard to no label on the bottle; I am aware of a problem that came up weeks ago with the warehouse that handles our labeling and from what I was told this was a computer glitch that created havoc with all labeling and many orders. This warehouse handles more than just my company and I imagine it was a nightmare for them because it took weeks to correct and many companies were affected.
We were sending them orders that were neglected, or sent back because of this glitch and have sent apology letters to all our customers that ordered during this time period that may have experienced a delay. My guess is that your order was part of this mess up and the bottle was sent out anyway. I do apologize for this and can assure you this is a rare experience, our customer service department had their hands tide because it was not in their control. If you did not receive a letter with our apologies and a coupon please let me know and I will make sure to get one out to you. My sincere apologies that this had to happen to you the first time ordering with us and hope we can correct our impression.
